P.A.S. HOPFAN is led and managed by an Executive Board (currently in the process of being renewed), which is an eight-member team in the service of GOD:

1. A President,
2. A Vice-President,
3. A Secretary-General,
4. A Deputy Secretary-General,
5. A Treasurer General,
6. A Deputy Treasurer General,
7. A Statutory Auditor,
8. An Officer in charge of equipment, and
9. A Deputy Officer in charge of equipment.
