Mr. Noël Madiapevo has been the Deputy Secretary-General of P.A.S. HOPFAN since March 2013. He was baptized by immersion in 1987, in Bangui, Central African Republic. He then decided to serve the Lord with the Spiritual Awakening Mission before joining P.A.S. HOPFAN.
Noël is teaching Bible classes at the Bible Institute of P.A.S. HOPFAN. He is also a building engineer.
He is married and lives in Bangui.
